St James, Hill: Mere Green
is about to lose both its Director of Music and Assistant Organist and is looking for willing organists to join a rota until the end of the year.
Sunday 10 am Services: 1st & 3rd Sundays - Traditional Music (Organ & Piano), 2nd & 4th Sundays-  Modern music (Organ, Piano & Keyboard).
On Wednesday, a weekly 10.30 am service with three hymns plus entry and exit music.
The organ was originally built as a 2-manual instrument by Nicholsons.  In 1985 it was rebuilt by Leonard Reeves, when a Positif division was added.
